Does Sidetalk provide a chat feature for direct communication with staff?

Communication with human agents is possible when connected to messengers such as KakaoTalk Channel or Naver TalkTalk.
However, for the website widget, Sidetalk aims for fully automated operation and does not provide a direct chat feature with staff.
If necessary, you should create and provide alternative communication channels like separate boards, emails, or phone numbers.
